CFRT series honeycomb panel is a new thermoplastic surface layer composed of high-performance CFRT belt. The core layer adopts honeycomb material with low bulk density and high strength, and adopts environment-friendly thermal composite process.
Features
The new sandwich material board has the following characteristics:
1.The density is small and the specific gravity is light, and the skin is generally 1.4g/cm ³. Thermosetting FRP plates are usually 2.2g/cm ³. The aluminum plate is 2.7g/cm ³. As the material of truck box, the effect is excellent;
2.The fully wetted continuous glass fiber reinforced material is covered on the surface through directional paving, which greatly improves the impact resistance;
3.Good bending performance, better than color steel sandwich panel, plywood, FRP and other materials;
4.Good weather resistance (can be used between - 40 and 80 ºC)
5.Chemical corrosion resistance

1.Honeycomb Panels for Van
CFRT honeycomb panel is composed of polypropylene honeycomb core and glass fiber reinforced polypropylene skin. Because of its honeycomb structure, it has high resistance, while the extremely strong glass fiber reinforced skin material can provide high stiffness and excellent impact resistance on the panel surface. The hot-melt connection between the honeycomb core and the skin leads to an inseparable connection, which is more lightweight and environment-friendly. Moreover, the skin does not layer, which distinguishes it from other traditional glued or laminated panel systems.

Light weight: due to the special honeycomb structure, the density is relatively small and the weight is very light.High strength: impact resistant, rigid and flexible, able to resist physical stress impact and damage.Easy assembly: the assembly is very convenient and the cost is low. It can be assembled with screws and blind rivets, or bonded or hot-melt welded.
Waterproof and moisture-proof: This is the unique difference between CFRT honeycomb board and wood board. This material has good sealing performance, no water seepage and leakage, and does not absorb water even if the surface is damaged.
Strong weather resistance: CFRT honeycomb panel is a glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic material with a wide range of service temperature between - 40 and + 80 ºC.
Strong chemical resistance: CFRT honeycomb panel has high corrosion resistance to grease, salt water and common chemicals.
2.Honeycomb Panels for Furniture
Our honeycomb panel for furniture and building materials combines aviation honeycomb technology with CFRT (continuous glass reinforced thermoplastic composite). Through the hot compounding process, without a drop of glue, continuous production. At the same time, it can also be compounded with other decorative film, veneer, color coated aluminum plate and other materials, with high cost performance.

3.Spare Wheel Cover
CFRT honeycomb panel is applied to the cover plate of spare wheel. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, sound insulation and shock absorption, strong weather resistance, low odor and low VOC. It has long-lasting waterproof and anti-corrosion performance. It can be completely recycled, non-toxic and harmless. It can realize the functions of anti ultraviolet, fire prevention and flame retardant by adding different plastic additives.
